Frozen Opal

Had a beautiful morning earlier this week with a golden sunrise and cold temps so I was out shooting frozen soap bubbles. A friend recommended I take a movie of one freezing and I think I'll try that the next time I go out to shoot:) This one reminds me of an opal (hence the title) and my wife thought it reminded her of mother of perl.
